Forcas could've been derived from one of, if not both demons [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foras Foras] and [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Furcas Furcas], as both are called Forcas in the Ars Goetia. Foras is a President of Hell, who teaches logic, virtues of herbs and gemstones and can recover items and treasures, the name possibly meaning 'outside'. Furcas is a Knight of Hell, who teaches various studies and practices, the name possibly meaning 'fork' or 'tomb'. | |||
