Syntax

|quote = A quote being cited, if applicable.
|whosaid = The character who said the quote, if applicable.

Notes
- Keeping volume empty will result in the hyperlink pointing to the game's main page.
- Keeping quote empty will result in no quoted text being appended to the end of the citation.
- Keeping whosaid empty will result in the text color defaulting to black.
