Dreamself

Dreamselves in Vast Error are pseudo-living constructs of The Game created as an extension of the 12 players' conciousnesses. There is one for each player, and are divided evenly so as to have 6 dreamselves on Prospit and 6 on Derse. One notable detail of dreamselves is that they are mostly independent from their real selves; for instance, while Murrit and Dismas are kismeses, their dreamselves are matesprits. The major reason for this is that while information and memories are quick to transfer from a dreamself to their real self, it is much slower and more limited the other way around; therefore, a dreamself is mostly unaffected by the life of their real self.
