Continuing this, Hope may mean believing in many possibilities. This is in contrast to Rage's connotation of belief in only one possibility. It also represents positive emotions to contrast Rage's negative emotions. Another connection to this difference is the fact that the Hope aspect's color scheme associates more with the Prospitian light-yellow tones, while Rage is more based on Derse's.

The twelve aspects of existence are the fundamental facets of creation that make up the Solitary Universe.

Emanant Aspect

Every living being in the Solitary Universe possesses an inherent attunement to a particular aspect - known as their emanant aspect - which influences their personality and general outlook on life to a certain degree. Through Alchemy, a person can learn to harness their aspect, exerting influence over their environment, themselves and others, though this requires many years of arduous study and practice.

Aspect Holders

The twelve trolls destined to play The Game have an innate link to the aspects of existence and, as such, are referred to as aspect holders. For aspect holders, an aspect is one half of the player titles, the other being the class.

The Symbol of Space.

Space

Space is an aspect of great power, being tied to the very literal materiality of people and objects - effectively the "stage" stories are set in. On a more conceptual level, it is associated with creativity, beginnings and isolation.

The symbol of Space is very similar to the Borjgali and is symbolic of concepts relating to the roles of heroes of Space. It also resembles a spiral galaxy.

The denizen associated with this aspect is Haniel. Laivan Ferroo, the Knight of Space, is his associated player.

The characters who hold Space as their Emanant Aspect are the Jagerman, Rypite Koldan and Endari Vernir.

The Symbol of Time.

Time

The Time aspect is tied to its literal meaning, the passage of time, and also with forward momentum, progress and death.

The denizen associated with this aspect is Gusion. Murrit Turkin, the Thief of Time, is his associated player.

The characters who hold Time as their Emanant Aspect are Acerigger Switchem, Valtel Gurtea, Sabine Berare and Hayyan Refero

The Symbol of Mind.

Mind

The Mind aspect is associated with the thoughts and decisions of individuals and their consequences, strategy and planning. It is also closely tied to the concepts of karma, justice and personal truth.

The denizen associated with this aspect is Forcas. Dismas Mersiv, the Rogue of Mind, is their associated player, along with Despotic Deimos, the Mage of Mind.

The characters who hold Mind as their Emanant Aspect are the Fomenter, Clarud Enthal and Sestro Enthal.

The Symbol of Heart.

Heart

The Heart aspect is associated with the "soul", or essence of being. Emotions, intuition and expression are also closely linked concepts. 

The denizen associated with this aspect is Jegudial. Sova Amalie, the Page of Heart, is her associated player, along with Hyperbolic Behemoth, the Heir of Heart.

The characters who hold Heart as their Emanant Aspect are the Annalist, Gingou Disone, Nezrui Rigida, Mshiri Libeta, Bytcon Krypto and Oricka Rourst.

The Symbol of Hope.

Hope

The Hope aspect is associated with its literal meaning, the power of belief, and also the creation of possibilities and positive emotions.

The denizen associated with this aspect is Bathkol. Albion Shukra, the Seer of Hope, is her associated player.

The characters who hold Hope as their Emanant Aspect are Cyprim Shukra, Raurou Dersal, Necron Exmort, and Cretas Mglina.

The Symbol of Rage.

Rage

The Rage aspect is associated with its literal meaning, driving power from fury, the narrowing down of possibilities into a single answer and negative emotions. Those tied to Rage believe they have seen the harsh truths of the world, having a tendency toward enacting the destruction of perceived "false" systems.

The denizen associated with this aspect is Azbogah. Taz Poemme, the Sylph of Rage, is her associated player.

The characters who hold Rage as their Emanant Aspect are Fortmistress Deadlock, Vilcus Cendum, Cepros Xirong, Cinare Montor, Sirage Feltri and Cadlys Rankor.

The Symbol of Breath.

Breath

The Breath aspect is tied to the concepts of freedom and change, the exploration of many possibilities without tying yourself down to any of them. It is also associated with individuality and the literal element of wind, as seen by Arcjec's ability to manipulate The Breeze in his planet.

The denizen associated with this aspect is Zehanpuryu. Arcjec Voorat, the Bard of Breath, is his associated player.

The Symbol of Blood.

Blood

The Blood aspect is tied to relationships and societal expectations, bonds and unity. It's also related to a sense of duty toward the people around you and self-sacrifice.

The denizen associated with this aspect is Wormwood. Occeus Coliad, the Prince of Blood, is his associated player, along with Seething Shezmu, the Thief of Blood.

The characters who hold Blood as their Emanant Aspect are, Degner Veibod, Hamifi Hekrix and Crytum Lydian.

The Symbol of Life.

Life

The Life aspect is associated with the innate "life force" of living beings, healing and nature. Life is an extremely powerful and hard to control aspect, with the only person to date who was able to harness its power without negative consequences having been the Vivifier.

It seems to be closely tied to Kheparia, the All-Mother of Existence.

The denizen associated with this aspect is Lilith. Ellsee Raines, the Mage of Life, is her associated player.

The characters who hold Life as their Emanant Aspect are Zekura Raines, Rodere, Aumtzi Maught and Gerbat Batrav.

The Symbol of Doom.

Doom

The Doom aspect is related to misery, destruction, corruption. It is a highly volatile, if powerful aspect. When harnessed through alchemy, it seems to cause physical side effects on the bodies of its users, as seen through Edolon's tainted hands after the unlocking of his powers and Clarud Enthal's recounting of his matesprit's experiences.

The denizen associated with this aspect is Sorush. Serpaz Helilo, the Witch of Doom, is his associated player, along with Crypthead Dionysus, the Page of Doom.

The characters who hold Doom as their Emanant Aspect are the Holistic Blight and Edolon Vryche.

The Symbol of Light.

Light

The Light aspect is tied to fortune, luck and fortuitous outcomes. It is also related to the application of knowledge and the resulting consequences thereof, the manipulation of the "strings of fate".

The denizen associated with this aspect is Af. Jentha Briati, the Heir of Light, is their associated player.

The characters who hold Light as their Emanant Aspect are Mosura Briati and Seinru Narako.

The Symbol of Void.

Void

The Void aspect is associated with nothingness and the obfuscation or destruction of knowledge. It is also conceptually tied to futile endeavors, inevitable ends and stagnation.
