Emanant Aspect
An aspect is a facet of creation that makes up the Solitary Universe.
Every living being in the Solitary Universe possesses an inherent attunement to a particular aspect - known as their emanant aspect - which influences their personality and general outlook on life to a certain degree. Through Alchemy, a person can learn to harness their aspect, exerting influence over their environment, themselves and others, though this requires many years of arduous study and practice.

Aspect Holders
The twelve trolls destined to play The Game have an innate link to the aspects of existence and, as such, are referred to as aspect holders. For aspect holders, an aspect is one half of the player titles, the other being the class.

The twelve trolls destined to play The Game have an inane link to these aspects and, as such, are referred to as aspect holders. For aspect holders, an aspect is one half of the player titles, the other being the class.
Space
Space is an aspect of great power, being tied to the very literal materiality of people and objects - effectively the "stage" stories are set in. On a more conceptual level, it is associated with creativity, beginnings and isolation.

The symbol of Space is very similar to the Borjgali and is symbolic of concepts relating to the roles of heroes of Space. It also resembles a spiral galaxy.

List of Aspects
The denizen associated with this aspect is Haniel. Laivan Ferroo, the Knight of Space, is his associated player.
Space
Space is the other basic fabric of paradox space, along with Time as counterparts.
The characters who hold Space as their Emanant Aspect are the Jagerman, Rypite Koldan and Endari Vernir.

The symbol for Space is very similar to the Borjgali and is symbolic of concepts relating to the roles of heroes of Space. It also resembles a spiral galaxy.

Time
The Time aspect is tied to its literal meaning, the passage of time, and also with forward momentum, progress and death.

Space is a typically passive aspect of great power, falling back and hosting the stage before suddenly in some way showing "who is truly the master" and then collapsing in on itself.
The denizen associated with this aspect is Gusion. Murrit Turkin, the Thief of Time, is his associated player.

Similar to Time players having a connection to death, Space players seem to have a connection with life.
The characters who hold Time as their Emanant Aspect are Acerigger Switchem, Valtel Gurtea, Sabine Berare and Hayyan Refero

Known characters who hold the Emanant Aspect of Space are Rypite Koldan and Endari Vernir.

Mind
The Mind aspect is associated with the thoughts and decisions of individuals and their consequences, strategy and planning. It is also closely tied to the concepts of karma, justice and personal truth.

The only known Hero of Space is Laivan Ferroo, the Knight of Space. The denizen associated with this aspect is Haniel.
The denizen associated with this aspect is Forcas. Dismas Mersiv, the Rogue of Mind, is their associated player, along with Despotic Deimos, the Mage of Mind.

Time
The characters who hold Mind as their Emanant Aspect are the Fomenter, Clarud Enthal and Sestro Enthal.

Time is one of the two basic fabrics of paradox space, with its counterpart being Space. It is associated with the time travel and exploits as well as timeline maintenance in general.

Heart
The Heart aspect is associated with the "soul", or essence of being. Emotions, intuition and expression are also closely linked concepts.

The Time aspect appears to have some sort of connection with death. This directly contrasts with the Life aspect or could also contrast with Space's association with life and beginnings.
The denizen associated with this aspect is Jegudial. Sova Amalie, the Page of Heart, is her associated player, along with Hyperbolic Behemoth, the Heir of Heart.

Known characters who hold the Emanant Aspect of Time are Valtel Gurtea, Hayyan Refero and Sabine Berare.
The characters who hold Heart as their Emanant Aspect are the Annalist, Gingou Disone, Nezrui Rigida, Mshiri Libeta, Bytcon Krypto and Oricka Rourst.

The only known Hero of Time is Murrit Turkin, the Thief of Time. The denizen associated with this aspect is Gusion.

Hope
The Hope aspect is associated with its literal meaning, the power of belief, and also the creation of possibilities and positive emotions.

Mind
The denizen associated with this aspect is Bathkol. Albion Shukra, the Seer of Hope, is her associated player.

The Mind aspect seems to be related to thoughts and decisions of individuals and the consequences of those decisions.
The characters who hold Hope as their Emanant Aspect are Cyprim Shukra, Raurou Dersal, Necron Exmort, and Cretas Mglina.

The Mind aspect may also be associated with the concepts of karma and justice.

Rage
The Rage aspect is associated with its literal meaning, driving power from fury, the narrowing down of possibilities into a single answer and negative emotions. Those tied to Rage believe they have seen the harsh truths of the world, having a tendency toward enacting the destruction of perceived "false" systems.

Known characters who hold the Emanant Aspect of Time is Sestro Enthal.
The denizen associated with this aspect is Azbogah. Taz Poemme, the Sylph of Rage, is her associated player.

The two known Heroes of Mind are Dismas Mersiv, the Rogue of Mind, and Despotic Deimos, the Mage of Mind. The denizen associated with this aspect is unknown.
The characters who hold Rage as their Emanant Aspect are Fortmistress Deadlock, Vilcus Cendum, Cepros Xirong, Cinare Montor, Sirage Feltri and Cadlys Rankor.

Heart
Breath
The Breath aspect is tied to the concepts of freedom and change, the exploration of many possibilities without tying yourself down to any of them. It is also associated with individuality and the literal element of wind, as seen by Arcjec's ability to manipulate The Breeze in his planet.

The Heart aspect is comparable to "Soul", or essence of being.
The denizen associated with this aspect is Zehanpuryu. Arcjec Voorat, the Bard of Breath, is his associated player.

Heart is associated with emotions and intuition, and may also be associated with motivations and inclinations to do things. This contrasts with Mind's association with action, and Heart has been speculated to be the antithesis of Mind. Furthering this, Heart may also have something to do with feelings, including feelings of attraction.
The characters who hold Breath as their Emanant Aspect are Thesal Voorat, Yeshin Laevis, Glomer Hicner and Turnin Kaikai.

Known characters who hold the Emanant Aspect of Heart are Mshiri Libeta, Bytcon Krypto, Gingou Disone and Oricka Rourst.

Blood
The Blood aspect is tied to relationships and societal expectations, bonds and unity. It's also related to a sense of duty toward the people around you and self-sacrifice.

The two known Heroes of Heart are Sovara Amelie, the Page of Heart, and Hyperbolic Behemoth, the Heir of Heart. The associated denizen with this aspect is currently unknown.
The denizen associated with this aspect is Wormwood. Occeus Coliad, the Prince of Blood, is his associated player, along with Seething Shezmu, the Thief of Blood.

Hope
The characters who hold Blood as their Emanant Aspect are, Degner Veibod, Hamifi Hekrix and Crytum Lydian.

Hope seems to embody both its literal meaning and certain holy powers.

Life
The Life aspect is associated with the innate "life force" of living beings, healing and nature. Life is an extremely powerful and hard to control aspect, with the only person to date who was able to harness its power without negative consequences having been the Vivifier.

An alternative theory is that Hope is the power of belief.
It seems to be closely tied to Kheparia, the All-Mother of Existence.

Continuing this, Hope may mean believing in many possibilities. This is in contrast to Rage's connotation of belief in only one possibility. It also represents positive emotions to contrast Rage's negative emotions. Another connection to this difference is the fact that the Hope aspect's color scheme associates more with the Prospitian light-yellow tones, while Rage is more based on Derse's.
The denizen associated with this aspect is Lilith. Ellsee Raines, the Mage of Life, is her associated player.

Known characters who hold the Emanant Aspect of Hope are Raurou Dersal, Necron Exmort and Cretas Mglina.
The characters who hold Life as their Emanant Aspect are Zekura Raines, Rodere, Aumtzi Maught and Gerbat Batrav.

The only known Hero of Hope is Albion Shukra, the Seer of Hope. The associated denizen with this aspect is currently unknown.

Doom
The Doom aspect is related to misery, destruction, corruption. It is a highly volatile, if powerful aspect. When harnessed through alchemy, it seems to cause physical side effects on the bodies of its users, as seen through Edolon's tainted hands after the unlocking of his powers and Clarud Enthal's recounting of his matesprit's experiences.

Rage
The denizen associated with this aspect is Sorush. Serpaz Helilo, the Witch of Doom, is his associated player, along with Crypthead Dionysus, the Page of Doom.

The Rage aspect is an antithesis of Hope, tied to negative emotions and rage.
The characters who hold Doom as their Emanant Aspect are the Holistic Blight and Edolon Vryche.

While Hope is tied to "aura" attacks, this aspect may have an effect on brute strength.

Light
The Light aspect is tied to fortune, luck and fortuitous outcomes. It is also related to the application of knowledge and the resulting consequences thereof, the manipulation of the "strings of fate".

Rage can also deal with sanity or madness.
The denizen associated with this aspect is Af. Jentha Briati, the Heir of Light, is their associated player.

Known characters who hold the Emanant Aspect of Rage are Cinare Montor, Sirage Feltri, Cadlys Rankor and Vilcus Cendum.
The characters who hold Light as their Emanant Aspect are Mosura Briati and Seinru Narako.

The only known Hero of Rage is Tazsia, the Sylph of Rage. The associated denizen with this aspect is Azbogah.

Breath
Void
The Void aspect is associated with nothingness and the obfuscation or destruction of knowledge. It is also conceptually tied to futile endeavors, inevitable ends and stagnation.

The Breath aspect has a relationship to power over The Breeze.
The denizen associated with this aspect is Procel. Calder Kerian, the Maid of Void, is their associated player.

Breath also has connections to direction and freedom.
The characters who hold Void as their Emanant Aspect are Caesar Consceleratus Persolus, Arcamu Iopara, Husske Mayzee and Secily Iopara.

Breath is tied to changes, as well.
Known Emanant Aspects
Known characters who hold the Emanant Aspect of Breath are Yeshin Laevis, Glomer Hicner and Turnin Kaikai.

The only known Hero of Breath is Arcjec Voorat, the Bard of Breath. The associated denizen with this aspect is Zehanpuryu.

Blood
Blood is a more abstract aspect, linked to relationships including friendship and unity in general, such as the word is used in "blood brothers".

Known characters who hold the Emanant Aspect of Blood are Degner Veibod, Hamifi Hekrix and Crytum Lydian.

The only known Hero of Blood is Occeus Coliad, the Prince of Blood and Seething Shezmu, Thief of Blood. The associated denizen with this aspect is Wormwood.

Life
The Life aspect is some kind of innate "life force" of living beings. If Doom is associated with death, then it may very well be the antithesis of Life.

Known characters who hold the Emanant Aspect of Life are "Noxious" and Gerbat Batrav.

The only known Hero of Life is Ellsee Raines, the Mage of Life. The associated denizen with this aspect is Lilith.

Doom
Doom is related to misery, an antithesis of Life.

Continuing its connotation of death, Doom can also mean sacrifice.

As the original definition of the word, Doom is slightly related to judgment and rules that apply to things.

Known characters who hold the Emanant Aspect of Doom are Lipsen Fluxum and Edolon Vryche.

The two known Heroes of Doom are Serpaz Helilo, the Witch of Doom, and Crypthead Dionysus, the Page of Doom. The associated denizen with this aspect is Sorush.

Light
The Light aspect is equivalent to "fortune" and involves power over luck and fortuitous outcomes. This may also mean that Light could mean "knowledge", in the way that it contrasts with the Void aspect.

Alternatively, Light players may possess some degree of control over light itself, or at the very least, an enhanced detection of bouncing light rays.

Another possible interpretation is that Light's aspect embodies fate or destiny. Robbing fortune can be seen as stealing away a favorable fate, while a seer mapping favorable outcomes is essentially charting destiny.

Known characters who hold the Emanant Aspect of Light is Seinru Narako.

The only known Hero of Light is Jentha Briati, the Heir of Light. The associated denizen with this aspect is Af.

Void
Void is associated with "the essence of lacking, or nothingness" and "the obfuscation of knowledge", or its "outright destruction".

The Void symbol takes the appearance of a hollowed out Space symbol.

Known characters who hold the Emanant Aspect of Void are Secily Iopara and Husske Mayzee.

The only known Hero of Void is Calder Kerian, the Maid of Void. The associated denizen with this aspect is Procel.

The aspects arranged in a wheel.

The twelve aspects of existence are the fundamental facets of creation that make up the Solitary Universe.

Emanant Aspect

Every living being in the Solitary Universe possesses an inherent attunement to a particular aspect - known as their emanant aspect - which influences their personality and general outlook on life to a certain degree. Through Alchemy, a person can learn to harness their aspect, exerting influence over their environment, themselves and others, though this requires many years of arduous study and practice.

Aspect Holders

The twelve trolls destined to play The Game have an innate link to the aspects of existence and, as such, are referred to as aspect holders. For aspect holders, an aspect is one half of the player titles, the other being the class.

List of Aspects

The Symbol of Space.

The denizen associated with this aspect is Haniel. Laivan Ferroo, the Knight of Space, is his associated player.

The characters who hold Space as their Emanant Aspect are the Jagerman, Rypite Koldan and Endari Vernir.

The Symbol of Time.

Time

The Time aspect is tied to its literal meaning, the passage of time, and also with forward momentum, progress and death.

The denizen associated with this aspect is Gusion. Murrit Turkin, the Thief of Time, is his associated player.

The characters who hold Time as their Emanant Aspect are Acerigger Switchem, Valtel Gurtea, Sabine Berare and Hayyan Refero

The Symbol of Mind.

Mind

The Mind aspect is associated with the thoughts and decisions of individuals and their consequences, strategy and planning. It is also closely tied to the concepts of karma, justice and personal truth.

The denizen associated with this aspect is Forcas. Dismas Mersiv, the Rogue of Mind, is their associated player, along with Despotic Deimos, the Mage of Mind.

The characters who hold Mind as their Emanant Aspect are the Fomenter, Clarud Enthal and Sestro Enthal.

The Symbol of Heart.

Heart

The Heart aspect is associated with the "soul", or essence of being. Emotions, intuition and expression are also closely linked concepts.

The denizen associated with this aspect is Jegudial. Sova Amalie, the Page of Heart, is her associated player, along with Hyperbolic Behemoth, the Heir of Heart.

The characters who hold Heart as their Emanant Aspect are the Annalist, Gingou Disone, Nezrui Rigida, Mshiri Libeta, Bytcon Krypto and Oricka Rourst.

The characters who hold Hope as their Emanant Aspect are Cyprim Shukra, Raurou Dersal, Necron Exmort, and Cretas Mglina.

The Symbol of Rage.

Rage

The Rage aspect is associated with its literal meaning, driving power from fury, the narrowing down of possibilities into a single answer and negative emotions. Those tied to Rage believe they have seen the harsh truths of the world, having a tendency toward enacting the destruction of perceived "false" systems.

The denizen associated with this aspect is Azbogah. Taz Poemme, the Sylph of Rage, is her associated player.

The characters who hold Rage as their Emanant Aspect are Fortmistress Deadlock, Vilcus Cendum, Cepros Xirong, Cinare Montor, Sirage Feltri and Cadlys Rankor.

The Symbol of Breath.

Breath

The Breath aspect is tied to the concepts of freedom and change, the exploration of many possibilities without tying yourself down to any of them. It is also associated with individuality and the literal element of wind, as seen by Arcjec's ability to manipulate The Breeze in his planet.

The denizen associated with this aspect is Zehanpuryu. Arcjec Voorat, the Bard of Breath, is his associated player.

The characters who hold Breath as their Emanant Aspect are Thesal Voorat, Yeshin Laevis, Glomer Hicner and Turnin Kaikai.

The characters who hold Blood as their Emanant Aspect are, Degner Veibod, Hamifi Hekrix and Crytum Lydian.

The Symbol of Life.

Life

The Life aspect is associated with the innate "life force" of living beings, healing and nature. Life is an extremely powerful and hard to control aspect, with the only person to date who was able to harness its power without negative consequences having been the Vivifier.

The denizen associated with this aspect is Sorush. Serpaz Helilo, the Witch of Doom, is his associated player, along with Crypthead Dionysus, the Page of Doom.

The characters who hold Doom as their Emanant Aspect are the Holistic Blight and Edolon Vryche.
