'''Eidolic Acres''' is a location featured in [[Snowbound Blood]] and Intermission 2 Side 2. It is a farm located between corn fields, mainly inhabited by children and adolescent trolls who fled [[Stronghold 21]]. They now run a small cult dedicated to [[Kheparia]] and await the arrival of {{VE Quote|husske|the saviør}} {{VE|1638}}. Their leader is [[Husske Mayzee]].

After the events of Snowbound Blood, Eidolic Acres additionally hosts trolls who have become targets due to their involvement in the case and becomes a place of retreat for the survivors of the Harbinger's attack on Stronghold 21 {{VE|1630}}.

He regularly tries to coerce [[Serpaz Helilo|Serpaz]] into joining it. His associated alchemic sigil is Purification.

Edolon's name likely comes from the word ''eidolon'', meaning either "a representation of an ideal form", a ghost, or an elusive entity, all of which fit Edolon's character and motif to some degree

In mythos, eidolones were "daimones (spirits) or ghosts which possessed the living", which may hint at Edolon's change in nature following Seinru's sacrifice.

Vryche may come from "ryche", a middle english spelling of rich, or perhaps, in more modern context may even denote "an enemy player that is quite challenging to eliminate or fight against" or "one who talks in a strange, obtuse fashion regarding online forums".

Reduplicated as the descendent of the [[Ancestors|Holistic Blight]], Edolon was raised by the [[Clarud Enthal|Executive]] to take over the Repiton Corporation one day. As a shy and insecure child<ref>"[You've] never heard him utter a single word before", "He was given a test of determination, and he had failed", stated by Secily in Volume 11</ref>, he was deemed unfit for the role and replaced by [[Sestro Enthal]]. He eventually ended up in contact with [[Weird Al]] and joined [[Harbingers of the Alpocalypse|his cult]], where he quickly rose in the ranks and presumably met his later lover [[Seinru Narako]].

He first appeared in [[Murrit Turkin]]'s hive, along with [[Weird Al]], telling him that he will prepare everything that the 12 main trolls needed in order to enter the Game.

Edolon would later assist Serpaz into entering the game, helping with creating the portal and providing the codes needed, then tossing her into her portal. However, he would also kidnap [[Lusus#Lefty|Lefty]] to be brought to the Harbingers' hideout to be sacrificed to Weird Al with [[Hulk Hogan]] present to "{{VE Quote|edolon|unlock the essence of doom dwelling within my soul.}}" and granting Edolon markings of an alchemist. In the same room is his matesprit's corpse who had their throat slit by Edolon as a sacrifice for most likely granting his Doom powers. He would think back to the conversation he had with Seinru, revealing that he was nervous about the whole situation and afraid of losing Seinru, worried that he wouldn't be able to play the role he was given. Seinru would comfort their matesprit, telling Edolon that "{{VE Quote|seinru|As long as you're still here, I'll never truly be gone.}}" While leaving the room Edolon would notice [[Necron Exmort]] who was disguised as a cult member at the time, which Edolon would reveal to Necron that the Harbingers and their allies were ready to make their move on [[Stronghold 21]].

Edolon would make his presence known once again at the corporate meeting after [[Clarud Enthal]]'s passing, interrupting Sestro's speech after proposing that they dissolve the [[Repiton Corporation]] and walking onto the stage [[Hamifi Hekrix]] and [[Sestro Enthal]] were on. Hamifi tries to remove Edolon from the stage but is stopped by Sestro, who recognises Edolon's face from the visions granted to him by the Executive's memories. Sestro asks Edolon if they had met somewhere before which Edolon would respond with "{{VE Quote|edolon|i was gone before you arrived.}}" Edolon begins his own speech towards the crowd gathered there, revealing that he in fact isthe descendant of [[Ancestors|The Holistic Blight]], who is the man who the Executive was soul mates with, stating that "{{VE Quote|edolon|clarud enthal made me. he raised me as his prodigy.}}" and due to this Edolon believes that he is the "{{VE Quote|edolon|rightful inheritor of the ruined world he left behind.}}" He then goes on to reveal the markings of an alchemist on his hand, and asks for Sestro to do the same, for which he complies. At this point [[The Principal]], who knows of Edolon from before he had vanished 9 sweeps ago, asks his alchemists to bring Edolon back to him. Edolon continues his speech as red portals created by Weird Al surround the area and allow the [[Mirthamaniacs]], [[Harbingers of the Alpocalypse]] and [[Homunculi]] to spill into the area. To brief over Incursion, Edolon fights Sestro and Hamifi while the troll crowd that was gathered there was for the Corporate event are slaughtered by his allies. Named trolls in Incursion are Edolon Vryche, Hamifi Hekrix, Sestro Enthal, Culium, [[Oricka Rourst]], Necron Exmort, [[Endari Vernir]], [[Bytcon Krypto]], [[Crytum Lydian]], [[Glomer Hicner]], [[Turnin Kaikai]], [[Secily Iopara]] used as a Psyop by Edolon, Hulk Hogan, Weird Al, [[Sirage Feltri]], [[Rypite Koldan]], [[Hayyan Refero]], [[Sabine Berare]], [[Raurou Dersal]], [[Talald Hieron]] and [[Pozzol Broyer]]. With Clarud making an appearance at the very end after Sestro is defeated.

 

== Personality and Traits ==
Edolon is as mysterious as he is creepy. From what little is known of him, Edolon seems to behave like a religious fanatic and is in constant pursuit of new members. He knows how to get under people's skins, and isn't afraid to prey on their insecurities under the guise of concern or innocent questions. Edolon has a deep-seated belief that everyone has a role to play, and chastises those who act outside of their role, saying to Serpaz {{VE Quote|edolon|you need to learn when to lie down and play the part you're meant for, comic relief.}} and often refers to the main trolls by their Archetypes rather than their names. This belief is born from being denied a continued life as the Corporate heir due to not being fit for the role, he now seeks to regain the power he would've obtained as the Corporate heir through the assistance of the Harbingers.

Despite successfully appearing confident and superior when he has the upper hand, for example when talking to Serpaz, Edolon has shown uncertain and nervous qualities before the sacrifice of his lover [[Seinru Narako|Seinru]] {{VE|1102}}. In a similar vein, he appears tense and skittish in front of [[Secily Iopara]], who takes special note of his bad posture and his visible exhaustion. He only grows more self-assured when it becomes clear he is in control of the situation.

This doesn't stop Edolon from messaging her, however. Serpaz's resentment only grows after Edolon lususnaps Lefty and threw her into her Land's portal.

Edolon despises Sestro for being his replacement as the Corporate heir and projects a great deal of his hatred for the Corporation onto him viewing him as a symbol of the power he's lost. As such many of his statements towards Sestro relate less to a personal hatred of him and more towards hate for his past lack of independence stating Sestro's idea of dissolving Corporate are only "{{VE Quote|edolon|the idyllic musings of someone who only pretends to speak for himself.}}". Sestro received hazy memories of Edolon from Clarud through their mutual connection to Mind, but is only confused by Edolon's presence and thought nothing of him personally prior to the events of Incursion.

* The cult mascot used in Edolon's supposed Skorpe theme is a reference to Weird Al Yankovic's character on Wander Over Yonder, Dr. Screwball Jones. Lusii are either naturally occurring, or artificially reduplicated by [[Repiton Corporation|Corporate]]. Artificial lusii often take on more of the traditional caretaker role, while a relationship with a natural lusus tends to be more symbiotic in nature.

Lusii are naturally blackblooded, changing to match the [[Hemospectrum|blood color]] of their charge after a bond is formed. A lusus' eyes fill in with this color as well.

Bytcon's introduction to the world of business was as a young conman. Secily speculates that his interest was sparked more from greed than from desperation, simply finding it an enjoyable and profitable experience. He quickly rose through the ranks of cheaters and scammers and started to make a name for himself, and eventually, he joined the television and showbusiness.

Eventually, he moved on to "''business'' business," steadily consuming more of a hold on the economy. At some point, he became involved with "cyphercash," the Repitonian equivalent of cryptocurrency, and was the one who singlehandedly popularized it. He personally crafted or at least popularized more than 1,000 forms of cyphercash, and even still is constantly thinking of new ones.

=== During ''Snowbound Blood'' ===
Bytcon is the first suspect [[Secily]] chooses to confront after interviewing the suspects [[Hamifi]] recommended. After sweeps of trying to convict him for his less-than-legal business practices, she assumes that his fortune and influence in criminal circles might have placed him near the Vififier's blood, and approaches him at work. After an increasingly aggressive verbal and eventually physical confrontation, Secily has to accept that her intuition was wrong and that Bytcon is not the person she's looking for.

Bytcon and Secily meet again in [[Raurou|Raurou's]] restaurant in [[Snowbound Blood: Volume Six]] and in [[Crytum|Crytum's]] apartment in [[Snowbound Blood: Volume Ten]]. During this last confrontation, Bytcon takes offense with Secily's comparison between him and [[Aumtzi|Noxious]], causing the situation to once again escalate and [[Endari]] to ask Secily to leave the apartment.

Bytcon can be likened to an explosive TV personality, constantly bursting with excitement and attention-grabbing phrases and offers. He has a particular fondness for winning, which he is very good at doing, but also expresses contempt for the idea of mundanity and predictability. This love for the constantly fluctuating likely explains Bytcon's particular interest in cryptocurrency.

He's likened very frequently to rats, even though he apparently has no rat lusus on record. He's quick-thinking, agile and incredibly hard to track down and catch in the act, hence his continued freedom despite his presumed phenomenal track record of criminal acts.

In mythos, eidolones were "daimones (spirits) or ghosts which possessed the living", which may hint at Edolon's change in nature following Seinru's sacrifice.

Vryche may come from "ryche", a middle english spelling of rich, or perhaps, in more modern context may even denote "an enemy player that is quite challenging to eliminate or fight against" or "one who talks in a strange, obtuse fashion regarding online forums".

In the same room is his matesprit's corpse who had their throat slit by Edolon as a sacrifice for most likely granting his Doom powers. He would think back to the conversation he had with Seinru, revealing that he was nervous about the whole situation and afraid of losing Seinru, worried that he wouldn't be able to play the role he was given. Seinru would comfort their matesprit, telling Edolon that "{{VE Quote|seinru|As long as you're still here, I'll never truly be gone.}}" While leaving the room Edolon would notice [[Necron Exmort]] who was disguised as a cult member at the time, which Edolon would reveal to Necron that the Harbingers and their allies were ready to make their move on [[Stronghold 21]].

Edolon would make his presence known once again at the corporate meeting after [[Clarud Enthal]]'s passing, interrupting Sestro's speech after proposing that they dissolve the [[Repiton Corporation]] and walking onto the stage [[Hamifi Hekrix]] and [[Sestro Enthal]] were on. Hamifi tries to remove Edolon from the stage but is stopped by Sestro, who recognises Edolon's face from the visions granted to him by the Executive's memories. Sestro asks Edolon if they had met somewhere before which Edolon would respond with "{{VE Quote|edolon|i was gone before you arrived.}}" Edolon begins his own speech towards the crowd gathered there, revealing that he in fact isthe descendant of [[Ancestors|The Holistic Blight]], who is the man who the Executive was soul mates with, stating that "{{VE Quote|edolon|clarud enthal made me. he raised me as his prodigy.}}" and due to this Edolon believes that he is the "{{VE Quote|edolon|rightful inheritor of the ruined world he left behind.}}" He then goes on to reveal the markings of an alchemist on his hand, and asks for Sestro to do the same, for which he complies. At this point [[The Principal]], who knows of Edolon from before he had vanished 9 sweeps ago, asks his alchemists to bring Edolon back to him. Edolon is as mysterious as he is creepy. From what little is known of him, Edolon seems to behave like a religious fanatic and is in constant pursuit of new members. He knows how to get under people's skins, and isn't afraid to prey on their insecurities under the guise of concern or innocent questions. Edolon has a deep-seated belief that everyone has a role to play, and chastises those who act outside of their role, saying to Serpaz {{VE Quote|edolon|you need to learn when to lie down and play the part you're meant for, comic relief.}} and often refers to the main trolls by their Archetypes rather than their names. This belief is born from being denied a continued life as the Corporate heir due to not being fit for the role, he now seeks to regain the power he would've obtained as the Corporate heir through the assistance of the Harbingers.

Despite successfully appearing confident and superior when he has the upper hand, for example when talking to Serpaz, Edolon has shown uncertain and nervous qualities before the sacrifice of his lover [[Seinru Narako|Seinru]] {{VE|1102}}. In a similar vein, he appears tense and skittish in front of [[Secily Iopara]], who takes special note of his bad posture and his visible exhaustion. == Etymology ==
Secily is a variant of Cecily, a real-life name ultimately derived from Latin ''caecus ''(blind, dim-sighted). Iopara possibly comes from Iopara Inc., a wind turbine company.

== Biography ==
Secily first met [[Ahlina Robiad]], the woman who would become her bonded matesprit, when they were children. She recalls the memory of defending her from some bullies in ''[[Snowbound Blood: Volume Eight]].'' Secily's desire to protect and make the world a better place for her childhood love was partially what spurred her to seek a career in the regulatory workforce.

Many sweeps later, as Secily was starting to become a notable regulator, Ahlina was kidnapped and killed after a ransom request sent to Corporate was not met. Secily was then assigned a TEMP, [[Mshiri Libeta]], to help her deal with her grief and withdrawal symptoms. Though frowned upon due to their client-TEMP relationship, the two eventually entered a legitimate moirallegiance.

After she was promoted to Chief Regulator, one of the highest positions she could possibly have in the Corporate hierarchy, Secily was personally assigned by [[Clarud Enthal|the Executive]] to be a guardian and mentor to the newly hatched Corporate heir, [[Sestro Enthal]], and his future advisor, [[Hamifi Hekrix]]. The three would then go on to have a sort of familial relationship, strained over the sweeps by their respective positions and responsibilities within the company.

Secily was assigned to lead Operation Snowbound Blood, the investigation of the theft of a philter of the [[Zekura Raines|Vivifier's]] blood.

Following Operation Snowbound Blood, Secily was to protect [[Ellsee Raines]] and [[Arcjec Voorat]] and ensure their survival, per the Executive's request. This mission was off-record and her position as Chief Regulator would have been terminated. However, Secily was kidnapped by the [[Harbingers of the Alpocalypse]] and killed by [[Edolon Vryche]] before she could proceed.

== Personality and traits ==
Secily tries to project cold, calculating authority and is quite cynical, harboring some pessimistic views on society and its inhabitants. She strives to keep an air of professionalism around her at all times and struggles whenever things aren't under her control, even as her inner thoughts expose that she can be quite humorous (and even silly) when the mood strikes.

She is an extremely guarded individual, although there are certain people with whom she is comfortable letting her armor slip—namely, Mshiri Libeta. At times, Secily also has trouble reading people's tones and facial expressions, which can lead her to assume foul play and hidden motives when there are none. When she feels threatened or upset, she can display quite the explosive temper. Secily tends to prefer working alone, and occasionally struggles doing so with others (although she is capable of it, like with [[Necron Exmort]].)

She is also an extremely by-the-book individual, finding comfort in rigid structures and routine and loyal to the Corporate institution to a fault—to her detriment and that of others'.

Her skills with technology and using computers are shown to be quite limited, and she will often defend more traditional methods of work, such as using a physical [[Trollodex]] as opposed to a numerical one.

Secily has a mutation which allows her to recall any face, event or information she has previously learned as she pleases. In Snowbound Blood's narration, this is likened to information being photocopied directly into her mind.

[[Ahlina Robiad|Ahlina]] was, and in many ways still is, the most important person in Secily's life. Everything Secily does, she does for Ahlina's sake; whether it is to honor her memory or avenge her death.

She carries deep regret and guilt over not being able to save her.

[[Yeshin Laevis|Yeshin]] is Secily's kismesis. As such, she has a habit of getting under Secily's nerves.

=== Mshiri Libeta ===
[[Mshiri Libeta|Mshiri]] is Secily's moirail, though Secily harbors red feelings for Mshiri. Secily is only known to drop her quirk around Mshiri, who told her in their initial encounter not to play games with her (which led Secily to stop "playing a game" of chess with her quirk). The two met due to Mshiri, as a temporary meditation partner, being assigned to console Secily after the loss of her matesprit. Secily sees a lot of similarities between Mshiri and Ahlina, likely explaining Secily's feelings for her.

Mshiri knows Secily extremely well and can easily read her, despite her cold and guarded mannerisms with others.

=== Sestro Enthal & Hamifi Hekrix ===
[[Sestro Enthal|Sestro]] and [[Hamifi Hekrix|Hamifi]] are (two of) Secily's superiors. Sestro would like to engage in more casual and personal conversations with Secily if it weren't for Secily cutting him short. On the other hand, Hamifi is just as cold as Secily is when engaging in conversation, and doesn't waste even a sentence on anything other than Secily's direct task at hand.

Secily is mentioned to have practically raised the two, though Secily thinks of them strictly as employers for most of the game. However, when Secily learns that Sestro has entered a weakened state from overexerting himself, she's immediately concerned and questions Hamifi's decision not to call her about it. Hamifi soon after expresses that Secily taught Hamifi to not be sentimental nor trustful, but somewhat smiles when Secily admits that she does trust her. She's shown to have felt guilty about the way she raised Hamifi and Sestro in Volume 9 of Snowbound Blood, where she watches Hamifi play with children while in disguise.

Secily's relationship with Sestro and Hamifi becomes somewhat strained when she learns the truth behind her matesprit's death, despite their lack of actual involvement with the incident, but rather through association. After Secily's conversation with Gerbat, however, she commits to talking things out with Sestro to sort it out.

Secily and [[Oricka Rourst|Oricka]] are old friends. They met when Secily was assigned to protect Oricka after the latter got herself in trouble with an unspecified mob. Later on, Oricka would build Secily's visor and YVES. Glomer frequently talked to Gerbat over the course of ''Haustoria''. Even if Gerbat didn't respond frequently, Glomer would still send him messages about his own life.

In a video call between Glomer and Gerbat, Glomer listens to Gerbat vent about what's been happening in the village. In the same conversation, Gerbat asks for them to become moirails, Glomer accepting the offer with delight.

Around a sweep later, he gets messaged by Gerbat, who starts venting about some issues in the village. Glomer gets upset about his distance and the way he only messages him when needing talk to someone for support. He says that he has had panic attacks over the lack of communication, and Gerbat states that while he isn't breaking off the moirallegiance, he isn't sure when he will message Glomer again. Assumably, this is when they broke up.

Glomer wanted to be an actor, but those ambitions never came to fruition, and as a result, he ended up working in the Reduplication Caverns. However, due to his aspirations, he neglected learning the skills required for the Reduplication Caverns, and Glomer now works as a Substitute Teacher but is treated more like an errand boy for [[Hamifi Hekrix]]. His responsibilities range from merely watching over young trolls to dressing up as Bart from The Simpsons to setting up Wriggling Day events, including baking the cakes.

Glomer's highly demanding job is only alleviated by his friendships with The Boys, consisting of [[Bytcon Krypto]] his moirail [[Endari Vernir]], and his matesprit [[Crytum Lydian]].

Glomer is shown to be highly stressed and tired due to having an unfulfilling job. This causes him to be much more disillusioned and pessimistic with his life. In a conversation with [[Necron Exmort]], he expresses that {{VE quote|glomer| a broken world anyway so any effort spent not coMplaininG about it is totally wasted iMqho}}. He admits to Necron that he's unwilling to change the world for the better because his job drains him of energy to even care. Coupled with his failed acting career, he feels resigned to Corporate for the rest of his life.

Glomer describes himself as not as talkative as his friends Endari and Bytcon, but Secily notes that this may just be because he hasn't had the chance to open himself up to others openly.

Despite being a Jadeblood, he does not feel like he's part of the Jade family. Due to his demanding job, Glomer will take any opportunity to give himself more time away for breaks and respite, such as aiding Secily with her investigation.

Yeshin is an unscrupulous and occasionally cruel woman hiding under a flirty and playful mask. She is very forward when approaching Secily for the first time, making a show of looking her up and down and frequently working innuendos into their conversation. Her success implies that she is a successful businesswoman. She takes great care of her appearance, wearing tailored clothes to show off her body and gaudy jewelry to show off her wealth.

== Personality and Traits ==
Edolon is as mysterious as he is creepy. From what little is known of him, Edolon seems to behave like a religious fanatic and is in constant pursuit of new members. He knows how to get under people's skins, and isn't afraid to prey on their insecurities under the guise of concern or innocent questions. Edolon has a deep-seated belief that everyone has a role to play, and chastises those who act outside of their role, saying to Serpaz {{VE Quote|edolon|you need to learn when to lie down and play the part you're meant for, comic relief.}} and often refers to the main trolls by their Archetypes rather than their names. This belief is born from being denied a continued life as the Corporate heir due to not being fit for the role, he now seeks to regain the power he would've obtained as the Corporate heir through the assistance of the Harbingers.

Despite sucessfully appearing confident and superior when he has the upper hand, for example when talking to Serpaz, Edolon has shown uncertain and nervous qualities before the sacrifice of his lover [[Seinru Narako|Seinru]] {{VE|1102}}. In a similar vein, he appears tense and skittish in front of [[Secily Iopara]], who takes special note of his bad posture and his visible exhaustion. He only grows more self-assured when it becomes clear he is in control of the situation.

She finds his constant invitations to join his cult to be greatly annoying and wishes that he leave her alone. Edolon is as mysterious as he is creepy. From what little is known of him, Edolon seems to behave like a religious fanatic and is in constant pursuit of new members. He knows how to get under people's skins, and isn't afraid to prey on their insecurities under the guise of concern or innocent questions. Edolon has a deep-seated belief that everyone has a role to play, and chastises those who act outside of their role, saying to Serpaz {{VE Quote|edolon|you need to learn when to lie down and play the part you're meant for, comic relief.}} and often refers to the main trolls by their Archetypes rather than their names. This belief is born from being denied a continued life as the Corporate heir due to not being fit for the role, he now seeks to regain the power he would've obtained as the Corporate heir through the assistance of the Harbingers.

Despite sucessfully appearing confident and superior when he has the upper hand, for example when talking to Serpaz, Edolon has shown uncertain and nervous qualities before the sacrifice of his lover [[Seinru Narako|Seinru]] {{VE|1102}}. In a similar vein, he appears tense and skittish in front of [[Secily Iopara]], who takes special note of his bad posture and his visible exhaustion. He only grows more self-assured when it becomes clear he is in control of the situation.

Bytcon's introduction to the world of business was as a young conman. Secily speculates that his interest was sparked more from greed than from desperation, simply finding it an enjoyable and profitable experience. He quickly rose through the ranks of cheaters and scammers and started to make a name for himself, and eventually, he joined the television and show business.

Eventually he moved on to "''business'' business," steadily consuming more of a hold on the economy. At some point, he became involved with "cyphercash," the Repitonian equivalent of cryptocurrency, and was the one who singlehandedly popularized it. He personally crafted or at least popularized more than 1,000 forms of cyphercash, and even still is constantly thinking of new ones.

== Personality and traits ==
Bytcon can be likened to an explosive TV personality, constantly bursting with excitement and attention-grabbing phrases and offers. He has a particular fondness for winning, which he is very good at doing, but also expresses contempt for the idea of mundanity and predictability. This love for the constantly fluctuating likely explains Bytcon's particular interest in cryptocurrency.

He's likened very frequently to rats, even though he apparently has no rat lusus on record. He's quick-thinking, agile and incredibly hard to track down and catch in the act, hence his continued freedom despite his presumed phenomenal track record of criminal acts.

Bytcon, on the other hand, takes pleasure in riling her up. However, he seems willing to ignore their unpleasant earlier encounters when they meet outside of the [[Currency Dome]], and is hurt when Secily compares him to [[Aumtzi Maught|Noxious]] at the end of Crytum's route.

Calder is based off of the "Disrespected Royalty" fantroll archetype.

Despite appearing as such, his blood is not the fuchsia blood of the designated ruling class of trolls. It is a similar, but ultimately distinct shade of Magenta.

He was the ninth troll introduced and the third troll introduced in [[Vast Error: Act 2|Act 2]], however he made several appearances throughout [[Vast Error: Act 1|Act 1]]. He was the eleventh troll to enter the game.

The name Calder means "rocky waters" in Celtic. The name Kerian is another variant of the name ''Kyrian'', coming from the Greek ''kyrie'', meaning "Lord".

Additionally, he seemed much more wary to make trouble, as young Murrit noted that he wouldn't help the children escape their sleeping quarters to go play.

In his younger years, Calder was friends with Laivan and Arcjec and used to be involved in their light-hearted pretend games. It is mentioned that Occeus left Calder, leaving him rather bitter about their time together.

Initially, Calder appears to be a very self-important troll with a superiority complex and a strongly-implied dislike of women. He is very aware of the social and environmental decline of [[Repiton]], and is such very politically-minded, to the point of cynicism and humorlessness. He is particularly focused on proper conduct and presenting himself as a proper sea-dweller to establish superiority. He persistently projects these ideals onto [[Murrit Turkin|Murrit]], who had once been his picture of what a proper sea-dweller should be like. Furthermore, he sees friendships and connections to be purely transactional in nature.

Being the descendant of [[Ancestors|the troll that decimated the sea dweller population out of jealousy]], Calder is considered a social pariah by association. He feels an immense obligation to do his part to undo the damage done by his ancestor's atrocities and help reestablish order. As such, Calder obsessed with the continued existence of the sea dwelling trolls, and in becoming a leading force on Repiton. He works to increase his influence by publishing the politically-charged and intentionally morally-provocative Sideline magazine, but he hasn't been personally involved in its production in some time.

Calder has a long list of strained and bitterly-ended relationships, quadrant relationships or otherwise. Judging from the old portraits of these old friends and loved ones on the walls of his hive, and the bitterness he shows when reflecting on these past relationships, Calder is unable to move on any of it.

Judging by his previous interactions with [[Arcjec Voorat|Arcjec]] and [[Laivan Ferroo|Laivan]], and his involvement in their games, Calder may have been less uptight in his youth.

Calder at one point deeply respected Murrit, back when he acted more in line with the expectations of a sea-dweller, and Calder tries to make Murrit behave in his old manner, to no avail.

It has been shown that Calder and [[Occeus Coliad|Occeus]] have had a, now-ended, pale relationship with one another. Currently, their relationship is very tense and strained. Calder shows a lot of bitterness towards Occeus, and is visibly upset when Occeus tries to contact him. From Calder's perspective, it appears that Occeus had at some point abruptly ended their moiraillegence. Calder still keeps old pictures of Occeus on the walls of his hive.

Ellsee simply sees him as a chauvinistic prick, but isn't petty enough to leave him out of the loop when she has important, life-saving information.

In the Pre-Game, the two had reached into an agreement with Ellsee providing any means of information that can help them win the Game and in exchange, Calder will make sure that Ellsee is included and wanted in any situation the trolls are in.

Edolon and Calder, at the time of writing, appear to have a secretive alliance brewing behind the scenes. Calder appears to have full knowledge of- and very little care for- the events of [S] Incursion, and merely remarks that the coup d'etat could have had more 'class' in regards to the execution.

As Calder seems to view friendships as mere transactions more than anyone, he seems to be putting this alliance above the lives of the people he once called friends in exchange for power and recognition that he believes he deserves.

On the other hand, Edolon gains inside knowledge to the events of the game, and through Calder can attempt to manipulate events as he pleases. Time will tell if this alliance will continue to be mutually beneficial.

At one point, however, his behaviour and content changed dramatically, leading to him the leader of his newly-formed cult, the [[Harbingers of the Alpocalypse|Harbingers of the Alpocalypse]]. The cult is comprised by trolls of different blood colors, with its most notable members being [[Edolon Vryche]], [[Seinru Narako]] and [[Talald Hieron]]. At one point, Weird Al formed an alliance with [[Hulk Hogan|Hulk Hogan's]] [[Mirthamaniacs]], and gifted Serpaz an accordeon via Edolon, who would continue to use it as an excuse to stalk her relentlessly {{VE|589}}.

===During Snowbound Blood===
Weird Al appears prominently in [[Snowbound Blood: Volume Twelve]] when [[Secily Iopara]] is offered one final duel. When the process has been completed, he kills Dismas' [[lusus]] and kicks Dismas into the portal {{VE|748}}.

Later, he is seen using [[Lusus|Lefty]] as a sarifice to activate Edolon's powers.

During [[Vast Error: Intermission 2 Side 2|I2S2]], Weird Al launches an attack on [[Stronghold 21]] alongside the [[Mirthamaniacs]], where he indiscriminately kills civilians while leaving the spotlight to Edolon.

Weird Al appears to be exceptionally knowledgeable of [[Alchemy]], given that he has the unique ability to manipulate two [[Aspect|aspects]]. == Personality and Traits ==
Crytum is a meek, polite troll with great interest in anime and videogames, particularly the show Revolutionary Girl Outena for inspiring him to fight back against his ex-moirail, and feels hurt when others look down on his interests. He is trying to move on from his abusive moiraillegiance, and when others ask if he is searching for another, he is annoyed at the assumption that he needs one. Crytum questions whether he's actually ever felt pale attraction towards anyone and expresses disinterest in finding another.

The two are matespirits. When Crytum first moved to the Stronghold he found himself lost and attempted to fill the emptiness with work and hobbies and he credits Glomer for being able to anchor him. In addition, both had previously troubled moirallegiances.
